Activate your TM prepaid Account
If you are using TM prepaid card for the first time, follow these
simple instructions to activate your account:

Please ensure that your PC is configured for internet access. See PC Configuration
for more help.

Scratch your Start-Up Card to obtain your Initial Login, Initial Password and Security
ID.

Log on to the internet by dialing 1515 using the Initial Login and Initial Password.

You are given 30 minutes of free surfing to complete your registration online.

Proceed to our TM prepaid site at https://prepaid.tm.net.my.
While there, you can create your own login and password.

Upon completion of activation,your Initial Login and Initial Password will no longer
be valid.
*Note: An email reminder will be sent to you when your credit value is about to expire

Rreload your TM prepaid Account
For existing user of TM prepaid , follow these simple instructions
to reload your account:
On TM prepaid website you can view your account balance. Please purchase
your Reload Card or Receipts before your credit reaches zero.

Scratch your reload card to obtain the Security ID and Serial Number OR get your reload
receipt from Eazyway kiosks or Pos Malaysia Berhad counters.

Reload your account at https://prepaid.tm.net.my
*Note: If you credit value reaches zero, you will only have 90 days to reactivate
your account and use your existing login (inclusive email ID).

Before you can log onto the Internet you must have the right hardware and software
to be able to gain connection through TM 1515 You must have the following
hardware:
A Personal Computer IBM PC or Compatible - 486 DX2-66 or higher
